Job summary

Propark Mobility's CampusParc at The Ohio State University is seeking a Customer Care Representative to greet customers, manage permits, and resolve inquiries on a full-time basis. You will coordinate with campus departments to ensure efficient service and maintain accurate customer records within CampusParc systems.

This on-site role offers a structured schedule, extensive interaction with OSU stakeholders, and opportunities for career growth within Propark Mobility's campus operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of computer systems and MS Office.
• Parking/university operations knowledge a plus.
• Experience with TIBA software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and address inquiries at the front desk and via calls.
• Direct frontline staff activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop rapport with OSU campus users of CampusParc parking system.
• Coordinate with maintenance, enforcement, operations, and events to resolve issues.
• Learn and use computer systems to manage permits, accounts, and citations.
• Process sales, refunds, and maintain accounting records.
• Assist visitors, students, faculty, and staff with permits.
• Maintain client communications and update account information.
• Prepare citation letters for mailing; fulfill permits and mailings.
• Support location management on special projects.
