Job summary

Propark Mobility is hiring a Garage Ambassador for CampusParc at The Ohio State University (OSU). This part-time role covers Saturday and Sunday shifts, 8:00am–4:00pm and 2:00pm–10:00pm, delivering warm, memorably excellent service to customers in a busy campus environment.

The position emphasizes being the first and last impression with clients, greeting customers professionally, and resolving issues with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High School degree preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.
• Parking and/or university operations experience preferred.
• Customer Service experience
• Knowledge of The Ohio State University campus a plus.
• Flexible, willing to work multiple facility locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, customers, and employees.
• Greet customers, responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, display a caring attitude, develop rapport with customers.
• Assists customers in elevator lobbies & lanes.
• Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude
• Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.

• May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning tasks.
• Other special projects assignments to include events coverage OSU Stadium, Schottenstein Center, etc..
