Comfort Medical, LLC is seeking a customer service representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, present and close products, and enroll patients. You will document interactions in Brightree and follow corporate guidelines while resolving inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.

This role emphasizes teamwork, scheduling flexibility, and adherence to ethical standards, with a focus on accurate record-keeping and high-quality customer care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Clerical skills including data entry.
• Willingness to engage in telephone direct sales.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Call center experience is desired due to high phone interactions.

Responsibilities

• Process leads from external departments to complete follow-up and product offerings.
• Place outbound calls in response to customer inquiries or marketing leads.
• Research and resolve issues, communicating outcomes to the customer.
• Update Brightree records following corporate compliance guidelines.
• Meet quality and quantity performance standards.
• Support leadership and maintain relationships with customers and co-workers.
• Be flexible in scheduling to meet business needs.
• Follow safety practices and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
