Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3–6 years related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to articulate email, fax and verbally communicate clearly.
• Read, analyze and interpret general business materials and regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Answer Customer Questions via Email and Phones.
• Handle increased volume of care emails and calls.
• Provide product information and pricing to customers.
• Process credits, returns, and factory charge backs.
• Track shipments and check order status/electronic orders.
• Support Dealers and Territory Managers with Customer Care operations.
