Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of experience in commercial office and customer relations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and problems in service, billing, nonpayment, and final disconnection of an account.
• Provide resolution support for routine questions about company products/services.
• Maintain records in company systems and communicate trends or issues to management.
• Assist with collections and contacting customers on nonpayment of bills as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer problems and ensure satisfaction.
