Job summary

Citizens National Bank in Meridian, MS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding service, handle routine transactions, and promote bank products in a fast-paced retail branch. You will build relationships and help customers reach their financial goals.

The CSR will process deposits and transfers, identify referral opportunities, and maintain accuracy and compliance while working as part of a team. This is a full-time role with variable hours and possible Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED.
• Working knowledge of computer software.
• High energy with strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Works well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, official checks, money orders, and credit card advances.
• Refer customers to appropriate bank areas when opportunities arise.
• Safeguard assets by managing a cash drawer per policies and procedures.
• Assist with other duties including vault/ATM and daily reports.
• Maintain knowledge of regulations, policies, procedures and products.
