Job summary

Citizens National Bank is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Teller) to handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and related banking transactions in a fast-paced branch setting.

You will build relationships with customers, identify referral opportunities, and support daily operations while adhering to bank policies. Must be energetic, work well in a team, and provide excellent service. This is a full-time branch role with variable hours, including some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED.
• Working knowledge of computer software.
• High energy with strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Works well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately processes transactions including deposits, night drop deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, official checks, money orders and credit card advances.
• Adheres to the bank’s Vision, Core Competencies and Moments of Truth while listening for referral opportunities and referring customers to the appropriate areas of the bank.
• Safeguards the bank’s assets by efficiently operating a cash drawer while following the bank’s policies and procedures and adhering to the Bank Operations Manual.
• Assists with any other duties assigned which may include maintaining the vault or ATM, and preparing daily reports.
• Continued education of regulations, policies, procedures and product knowledge.
