Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Arlington, VA service center to greet customers and provide extraordinary service, coordinate load and rental car needs, and navigate multiple software systems including Microsoft Office.

You will help balance workloads, communicate clearly with customers and partners, and uphold our commitment to a positive customer experience while supporting the center's daily operations and goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide extraordinary service to internal and external customers.
• Monitor workload and assist with load level requests as needed.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow providers to deliver one-stop service and liaise with insurance partners.

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Customer Service Representative to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to greeting and providing extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers, monitoring work volume scheduled for the center and recommend load level requests when necessary, coordinating Rental Car/Tow companies to provide one-stop service to all customers while maintaining a broad knowledge base of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes.
