AppleOne Employment Services is hiring for the position of Customer Care Specialist in Jacksonville, FL. This role demands high-level customer support in a fast-paced call center environment, focusing on inbound and outbound communications regarding account inquiries and issue resolution.

Immediate need for Customer Care Specialist for our client located in Jacksonville, FL. Our client is looking for customer service reps for their call center. Responsible for providing professional customer support in a high‑volume call center environment, handling inbound and outbound customer communications related to account inquiries, payments, account updates, and issue resolution.
4 weeks of classroom training prior to going live on the phones. Training is Monday‑Friday, 10am‑7pm. Regular Schedule is M‑F 9am‑6pm. Fully Onsite.
Contract to Hire after 6 months.
