Responsibilities involve problem solving, managing customer requests, and maintaining accurate records, while supporting a team-driven office environment.

Competenze

• One year of experience.
• Knowledge of English and grammar.
• Pleasant telephone voice/manner.
• Ability to operate simple office equipment.
• Typing 45–55 wpm with 95–100% accuracy.
• Proven customer support experience.
• Know 10-key by touch.

Mansioni

• Train, explain tasks, and assist in solving customer problems.
• Answer incoming phone calls, faxes, emails, and respond to customer requests.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers.
• Key in new box information for all accounts.
• Data entry including location changes, department assignments, and printer-ready output.
• Manage paperwork and file organization for each customer.
• Store previous month’s files at month end.
• Work on special projects as required by Customer Service Manager or Director of Operations.
