Vital Records Control (VRC) is seeking a Customer Care Agent to interact with customers, provide information on services, and resolve inquiries and complaints. The role includes answering calls, faxes, and emails, assessing customer needs, and ensuring satisfaction.

Responsibilities also cover data entry, updating account details, filing, and assisting with special projects under supervision. Strong English, typing, and customer service experience are required.

Competenze

• Excellent English language and grammar.
• Pleasant telephone voice/manner.
• Typing skills (45–55 wpm) with 95–100% accuracy.
• Must have proven customer support experience.
• Must know 10-key by touch.
• Ability to operate simple office equipment.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing requirements.

Mansioni

• Answer incoming calls, faxes, and emails, and respond to customer requests.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information and solutions.
• Resolve complaints and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Enter new box information and update account data in the system.
• File and store documents; manage monthly file storage and archiving.
• Support special projects as directed by the Customer Service Manager or Director of Operations.
