Job summary

Heilind is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to act as the primary contact for customers, coordinating with Sales, Warehouse, Procurement, and Quality to resolve inquiries and issues. The role emphasizes clear communication, empathy, and accurate record-keeping to ensure satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings 2–4 years in manufacturing or distribution, ERP familiarity, and strong English skills, with Spanish fluency a plus. Office-based with CRM/MS Office use is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or greater.
• 2-4 years business experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• ERP system experience is a plus.
• Understanding of customer purchase order requirements and/or drawings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Act as the liaison between customer, Sales, Warehouse, Procurement, and Quality for inbound inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints, providing corrective action documentation as required.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout customer interactions and orders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
