Alta Resources is seeking a Customer Care Representative to provide professional, quality service and sales support to existing or prospective customers. Responsibilities include inbound/outbound calls, email, data entry, and order validation, with emphasis on accuracy and timely handling.

The role involves compliance considerations for clients regulated by federal or state agencies, updating reports, testing surveys, and data analysis.
