Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish & English, French & English, or German & English as required by role.
• Previous work experience in customer service, sales, training, or member retention.
• Ability to quickly learn complex program and product knowledge; proficient in Windows and multiple software applications; headset required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service and sales support via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Troubleshoot issues and offer solutions, with upsell of related products when appropriate.
• Maintain and process paperwork and records; CRM data entry; update reports.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and upsell where applicable.
• Translate and interpret foreign language(s) into English as needed.
• Meet team and client performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.
