Job summary

Advanced Air is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Thatcher, AZ office. You will be the first voice customers hear, answering calls, booking service and installation appointments, and keeping technicians' schedules running smoothly.

This full-time role requires staying calm on a busy line, following through on details, and turning stressed homeowners into satisfied customers with friendly, clear communication. Prior ServiceTitan familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service, call center, dispatch, or office experience.
• Clear, friendly phone presence and strong written communication.
• Comfortable with scheduling/CRM software; ServiceTitan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Book, confirm, and reschedule service, maintenance, and install appointments.
• Dispatch and communicate with field technicians throughout the day.
• Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and appointment details in ServiceTitan.
• Follow up with customers on estimates, memberships, and completed work.
• Resolve routine customer concerns and escalate issues to management.
