Advanced Air in Thatcher, AZ is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the first voice customers hear. You will answer calls, schedule service and installation appointments, and help keep technicians’ calendars running smoothly.

This full-time role rewards a calm, detail-oriented communicator who can handle a fast-paced phone environment, follow through on tasks, and turn stressed homeowners into satisfied customers. Training on ServiceTitan is provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, call center, dispatch, or office experience (home services or trades experience a plus)
• Clear, friendly phone presence and strong written communication
• Comfortable working in scheduling/CRM software (ServiceTitan experience preferred; will train the right person)
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple calls and tasks at once
• Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to online inquiries promptly and professionally
• Book, confirm, and reschedule service, maintenance, and install appointments
• Dispatch and communicate with field technicians throughout the day
• Maintain accurate customer records, job notes, and appointment details in ServiceTitan
• Follow up with customers on estimates, membership renewals, and completed work
• Resolve routine customer concerns and escalates issues to the appropriate manager
• Support the office team with general administrative tasks as needed
