Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, administrative, or scheduling experience.
• Strong communication and phone skills.

• Basic computer skills (scheduling tools/CRM experience a plus).

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Schedule and coordinate installation and service appointments.
• Communicate updates between customers, sales, and field technicians.
• Manage calendars and ensure efficient routing of jobs.
• Prepare and process work orders for installation/service teams.
• Assist with vendor coordination, order tracking, and shipment updates.
• Process invoices and payments accurately.
• Support customer satisfaction and follow-up communication (including review requests).
