Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Orlando to serve as a primary liaison for customers, entering orders, handling requests and providing timely, courteous support. You will actively support product selection, pricing, and service requests while maintaining high standards of customer care.

In this role you will handle calls, emails, and letters, ensure follow-up on issues, and contribute to selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.
• Retail or counter sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders and handle customer requests in a timely manner.
• Answer inbound calls and respond to written inquiries professionally.
• Assist customers with product selection and application guidance.
• Coordinate service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing and credits.
