• One or more years of related experience and/or training in customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound inquiries through phone and e-mail in a professional and service-oriented manner.
• Process customer returns into inventory.
• Troubleshoot and respond to customers in a timely manner.
• Be dependable and flexible in a dynamic environment.
• Support receptionist duties as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and participate in safety activities.
