Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound inquiries through phone and e-mail in a professional, service-oriented manner.
• Accurate data entry and order processing.
• Process customer returns into inventory.
• Troubleshoot and respond to customers promptly.
• Support receptionist duties as needed; participate in safety activities.
