Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Wisconsin to handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email, perform data entry, and process orders and returns with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, meeting deadlines, and maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Occasional overtime and coverage for receptionist duties are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ year related experience
• Proficient in Word/Excel/Access
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Ability to read, analyze instructions
• Strong data entry skills
• Detail oriented and organized

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound inquiries through phone and e-mail in a professional and service-oriented manner
• Excellent data entry skills required
• Handle and process customer returns into inventory
• Troubleshoot and respond to customers in a timely manner
• Be dependable and very flexible in an ever-changing environment
• Provide coverage for the receptionist position on an intermittent basis
• Prioritize and organize, be detail oriented, work as part of a team, and have a CAN-DO attitude
• Will be required to work overtime as necessary
• There may be circumstances that require Customer Service Team Members to enter the Production Area and use PPE as required
