Job summary

Liberty Propane, Inc. is seeking a customer service associate who handles inbound and outbound calls, resolves billing and service questions, and coordinates with delivery teams to keep customers informed and satisfied.

You’ll work with the General Manager and office staff to maintain accurate records, process routine paperwork, and support retention campaigns. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of professional customer service are preferred, with wages of $23–$26 per hour and a robust benefits

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of professional customer service experience.
Comfort handling phone-based conversations about service and billing.
Ability to track details across multiple systems and documents.
Reliable attendance and ability to follow established processes.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with clear, respectful communication.
Resolve billing questions and scheduling issues to support retention.
Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure accurate, on-time service.
Update customer records across multiple systems.
Assist with daily administrative tasks and documentation.
