Job summary

Liberty Propane in Ottsville, PA is seeking a customer service professional to turn routine service moments into long-term relationships. You’ll work at the center of communication, supporting delivery and service teams to ensure customers get what they need accurately and on time.

The role requires 1–2 years of customer service, a high school diploma, and strong phone skills. We offer competitive pay from $23 to $26 per hour plus medical, 401(k), and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of professional customer service experience.
• Comfort handling phone-based conversations about service and scheduling.
• Ability to track details across multiple systems and documents.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to follow established processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with clear, respectful communication.
• Support customer growth and retention efforts by resolving concerns and following up.
• Participate in outbound campaigns to retain customers and collect past-due balances.
• Assist with daily delivery and service operations and update customer accounts.
• Provide administrative support including documentation, reporting, and billing accuracy.
• Assist with accounts payable processing and other office operations as needed.
