Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to ask fact-finding questions to identify solutions.
• Patient and professional demeanor in customer interactions.
• Solid knowledge of Cable One products and services.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply retention sales and customer care concepts.
• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone or ticketing systems.
• Listen actively to understand customer needs and offer empathetic solutions.
• Schedule service appointments when remote resolution isn’t possible.
• Upsell additional services and manage order input.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals.
• Follow company-approved scripts for consistent communication.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
