CAPITAL Services in Sioux Falls, SD is hiring Onsite Customer Care Representatives and Bilingual Customer Care Representatives. You’ll engage customers by phone, resolve questions, and document interactions during a 10:30am–7:00pm Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends.

Training & Support

Complete a full-time, paid 4-week training program to gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to succeed. Our self-paced training includes hands-on learning, on-the-job experience, and mentorship to ensure you’re fully prepared and supported in your role.
