Job summary

HTU is seeking a customer support associate in Boise, Idaho. No experience is required and on-the-job training is provided. The role involves answering calls, creating tickets, routing requests, and escalating issues to the Helpdesk. Strong communication skills and basic MS Office knowledge are expected; bilingual is a plus.

Compensation ranges from $18 to $21 per hour (DOE). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, matched 401k, PTO, vacation, sick leave, and FSA/HSA programs.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT ticketing support systems.
• Experience using Unified Communications for business solutions (Call Handling).
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening.
• Proven ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.

Responsibilities
