Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process orders via email, online entry, and phone with timely confirmations.
• Route shipments considering commodity, temperature control, and transit times.
• Communicate with multiple external and internal customers and respond to inquiries.
• Escalate issues to Supervisor/Manager as needed and support service improvements.
