PeopleShare is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a distribution company in Warminster, PA. This role works closely with several departments of the company. This role requires someone who will be customer focused, detail oriented, organized, & efficient.

Customer Service Rep Job Details:

Location: Warminster, PA

Schedule: 9am-6pm

Payrate: $18.50 hour

Customer Service Rep Job Description:

• Processing orders, modifications, and escalating complaints across several communication channels
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints quickly.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Customer Service Rep Job Requirements:

• High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Experience working with customer support.
• Familiar with Salesforce a plus
