Job summary

Enterprise Truck Rental Division in Bend, OR is hiring a Full Time Customer Assistance Representative (CAR Sr) to provide high-level customer service to both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face at the Bend location. The position pays $19 per hour and requires DOT readiness, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
• Must be 21+ years old and eligible to drive under DOT rules.
• Valid driver's license with ≤2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol convictions in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions.
• Manage outbound calls for callbacks and miscellaneous tasks.
• Provide high level customer service in person and over the phone.
• Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide directions and general assistance.
• Assess rental condition upon return.
• Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions.
• Market the company and assist customers in a safe, courteous manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and services.
• May sell protection products, upgrades, and fuel options.
• Notify management of vehicle issues and maintenance needs.
• Clean vehicle interiors/exteriors as needed.
• Perform basic administrative and accounting tasks such as billing and reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
