Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have at least a High School diploma, GED, or 1 year of industrial environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Estimating Department with information to quote designs and pass pricing to customers.
• Maintain and update orders; expedite and adjust pricing as needed.
• Acknowledge ship dates with customers and negotiate dates when required.
• Follow orders from entry to shipping and keep customers informed of delays.
• Resolve questions, complaints and warranty issues.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records for accounts and opportunities.
