Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a customer-focused project coordinator to support sales activities, prepare quotations, and coordinate orders and deliveries for complex, high-profile projects. The role emphasizes accuracy, responsiveness, and profitability while collaborating across departments.

The Senior-level track includes expertise in Victaulic's Kanban System, supply chain, and manufacturing processes to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of customer service experience and/or Victaulic product knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Leadership and collaboration skills with ability to advocate for process improvement.
• Flexibility to adjust work schedules and travel overnight occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a sales liaison to internal and external customers and coordinate quotations, orders, and deliveries.
• Act as a subject matter expert for custom products and projects and support pricing guidelines.
• Review project management reports and communicate status and coordination details to customers.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to Customer Care procedures.
• Collaborate across the organization to deliver superior customer service and profitability.
