Rentokil North America is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Islip, NY to be the first point of contact for customers and schedule services.

You will gather information, troubleshoot concerns, and coordinate with Service and Sales while delivering friendly, professional service. This full-time role offers benefits from day one, a 401(k) with company matching, and opportunities for growth within the Rentokil family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Pleasant phone voice and clear speaking.
• Multitasking and data entry while talking to customers.
• Calm under pressure and willing to help teammates.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.

Responsabilités

• Maintain good customer relations on the phone and in person.
• Gather information from customers to identify and solve problems.
• Confirm, schedule, and reschedule services for the customer.
• Set sales appointments for new customers.
• Answer billing questions.
• Complete general clerical duties as assigned.
• Work as a team with Service and Sales.
• Sell the value of services and suggest upgrades.
• Smile while talking on the phone.
