Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking Customer Service Representatives to be the first contact for resolving customers' concerns in homes and businesses. You will be courteous, knowledgeable, and empathetic, ensuring issues are handled promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities include maintaining good customer relations, gathering information, scheduling services, setting sales appointments, answering billing questions, and collaborating with Service and Sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Pleasant phone voice and clear speech.
• Multitasking and data-entry while speaking with customers.
• Calm under pressure and collaborative team player.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Available Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good customer relations both on the phone and in person.
• Gather information from customers to identify and solve problems.
• Confirm, schedule, and reschedule services for the customer.
• Set sales appointments for new customers.
• Answer billing questions.
• Complete general clerical duties as assigned.
• Work as a team with Service and Sales.
• Sell the value of our services and suggest upgrades to service.
