A high school diploma or higher is preferred, with strong organization, clear communication, and proficiency in MS Office and AS400.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory controls in office and warehouse.
• Take and log parts orders for dealers and homeowners.
• Review orders with purchasing to ensure material availability.
• Ensure correct quantities and parts are pulled.
• Package and ship parts within required time frames.
• Coordinate with dealer, homeowner, and transportation services.
• Document orders and file paperwork regularly.
• Communicate delivery expectations to customers.
• Follow up until claims are resolved.
• Improve processes to enhance customer experience.
