Qualifications

High School Diploma, associate degree or higher, preferred.
Able to organize, prioritize, and deliver projects within deadlines.
Able to communicate positively and clearly with peers, managers, and customers.
Proficiency in MS Office software, including Excel.
Knowledge of AS400 preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintaining inventory controls in office and warehouse environments.
Taking and logging parts orders for dealers and homeowners.
Reviewing parts orders with purchasing to ensure materials are available to pull.
Reviewing orders to ensure quantities are correct and correct parts were pulled.
Packaging and shipping parts to customers within required time frame.
Documenting and processing orders.
Coordinating with dealer, homeowner, and transportation service for timely delivery.
Filing paperwork regularly.
