Clayton Homes (New) in Belton, TX is seeking a Parts Acquisition Specialist to manage part orders and inventory. You will pull service parts, document orders, and coordinate with dealers, homeowners, and transportation to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes integrity, knowledge of parts, and proactive communication to meet delivery expectations and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, associate degree or higher, preferred.
• Able to organize, prioritize, and deliver projects within deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory controls in office and warehouse.
• Take and log parts orders for dealers and homeowners.
• Review orders with purchasing to ensure materials are available.
• Verify quantities and correct parts pulled.
• Package and ship parts to customers within 7 days.
• Document and process orders for shipment.
• Coordinate with dealer, homeowner and transport for timely delivery.
• File paperwork regularly.
• Communicate positively with customers to set delivery expectations.
• Follow up until claims are resolved.
• Create processes to improve customer experience and reevaluate as needed.
