Job summary

Clayton Homes is seeking a Customer Care Parts Coordinator to join our team in the United States. You will maintain inventory controls in office and warehouse, take and log parts orders for dealers and homeowners, and review orders with purchasing to ensure materials are available to pull.

You will pack and ship parts within required time frames, coordinate with dealers, homeowners and transportation to ensure timely delivery, file paperwork regularly, and communicate positively with customers

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, associate degree or higher, preferred.
• Able to organize, prioritize, and deliver projects within deadlines.
• Able to communicate positively and clearly with peers, managers, and customers.
• Proficiency in MS Office software, including Excel.
• Knowledge of AS400 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining inventory controls in office and warehouse environments.
• Taking and logging parts orders for dealers and homeowners.
• Reviewing parts orders with purchasing to ensure materials are available to pull.
• Packaging and shipping parts to customers within required time frame.
• Documenting and processing orders.
• Coordinating with dealer, homeowner, and transportation service to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Filing paperwork on a regular basis.
• Communicating positively with customers to set delivery expectations.
• Following up internally and externally until the claim is resolved.
• Creating processes to improve the customer experience and reevaluating them as needed.
