Job summary

Boyd Thermal is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative (CSR) for the CSR team in Woburn, MA. You will support customers alongside account managers and business development by facilitating bi-directional communication, managing orders, coordinating quotes, and handling project communications.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service, experience with Microsoft Office, and a fast-paced, multitasking environment. On-site position with no visa sponsorship; relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is required.
• Experience in a fast-paced, multitasking office environment.
• Eaton does not sponsor immigration petitions for this role.
• Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Woburn, MA.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage purchase orders and delivery dates in ERP.
• Monitor customer portals or other communications used by our customers.
• Answer calls and emails promptly; support cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot with program management and cross-functional teams.
• Research customer complaints and support sales resolution.
• Report to the Customer Solutions Manager.
