Vanguard Protex Global in Oldsmar, FL is seeking a Customer Care Representative to provide professional customer support for incoming calls, enter product orders, and assist with sales support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, computer proficiency, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; prior call center or data entry experience is preferred, with knowledge of MAS/Sage systems a plus.

Formación

• Associates degree preferred or two years related experience.
• Three to Five years of customer service experience.
• Two to Three years of technical troubleshooting experience.
• Minimum two-four years order entry/data processing experience.
• Call center or heavy phone experience preferred.
• MAS/Sage system knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Receive incoming customer phone calls.
• Address customer questions and concerns quickly and professionally.
• Troubleshoot electronic equipment with callers.
• Enter product orders following customer guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide sales and support.
• Track and record daily activities including call logs.
