The role requires a pleasant phone manner, English fluency, and 1 year of experience, with proficiency in 10-key by touch and 45–55 wpm typing. Training and data-entry tasks are included.

Qualifications

• One year of experience.
• Ability to use English fluently.
• Pleasant telephone voice.
• Typing 45–55 wpm with high accuracy.
• Proven customer support experience.
• Must know 10-key by touch.

Responsibilities

• Train, explain tasks, and assist in the solution of customer problems.
• Answer incoming phone calls, faxes, emails and respond to customer requests.
• Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers.
• Key in new box information for all accounts.
• Data entry includes making computerized location changes and sending input to printer for printouts.
• Responsible for taking paperwork and filing for each customer.
• Store previous month’s files in VRC boxes at month end.
• Work on special projects as required by the Customer Service Manager or Director of Operations.
