Job summary

You will maintain performance metrics for order accuracy, entry volume, phone volume and error rate, provide pricing information and shipping status, and review open order reports.

Responsibilities

• Review, process and follow up on orders and inquiries by telephone, fax, internet, EDI and correspondence from customers and Technical Sales Representatives
• Maintain established performance metrics for order accuracy, volume of entries, phone volume and error rate
• Responsible for timely customer communications including pricing information, order confirmation and shipping status
• Proactively review open order reports and information, providing documentation to customers, manufacturing plants or sales
• Process and monitor Return Authorizations, obtain required approvals for changes to customer-specific information and special accommodations
• Own, manage, maintain and update customer data and files
