Job summary

Precision of New Hampton is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our order-processing team. As the voice for customers, branches, and the traveling sales team, you will enter orders, confirm shipments, and resolve issues to protect both relationships and company interests.

The role requires clear, professional phone and written communication, strong multi-tasking, and comfort with Excel and Word. AccPac/Sage is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls to customers, distributors, warehouses, branch staff, and sales.
• Enter and process sales orders.
• Process credit card payments and credits.
• Confirm shipments and schedule pickups.
• Work with Precision distributors and warehouses to get orders filled.
• Complete bank deposits and related admin.
• Keep Excel and Word files current.
• Resolve issues quickly while protecting both the customer relationship and the company’s interests.
