Quaker Houghton in Conshohocken, PA, is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Order Processor to ensure fast and accurate handling of orders and inquiries in a manufacturing context. • Responsible for timely customer communications including but not limited to pricing information, order confirmation and shipping status.
• Proactively review open order reports and information, providing documentation as requested to customers, manufacturing plants or sales.
• Process and monitor Return Authorizations, obtain required approvals for changes to customer-specific information and special accommodations.
• Own, manage, maintain and update customer data and files.
