Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Branchburg, NJ location. The CSR serves as the frontline resource for customers, handling 40–60 calls per day, entering 80–100 orders daily, and maintaining a professional, respectful demeanor at all times.

This full-time role offers $18.50 per hour, Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm, and immediate benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans plus a referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to type at least 55 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Research and troubleshoot order/invoice issues with the Customer Service Lead/Manager.
• Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities with urgency.
• Follow up & communicate timely with internal staff and customers.

Customer Service Representative (CSR)
We are currently looking for aCustomer Service Representative (CSR)for an immediate opportunity in Branchburg, NJ. Customer Service Representative position is the front line to our customers. It is paramount to be professional, respectful, courteous, responsive and friendly at all times. It is imperative that the CSR perform all assigned tasks in a timely manner, serves as a resource and support the team as necessary.

Customer Service Representative (CSR) Responsibilities:

• Provide telephone support for our customers (40-60 phone calls daily).
• Order entry (80-100 orders daily) with less than 1% errors.Must be able to type at least 55 words per minute.
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers.
• Provide information necessary to research and troubleshoot issues pertaining to orders/invoices to Customer Service Lead/Customer Service manager.
• Need to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities (work with a sense of urgency).
• Must follow up & communicate timely with internal staff and customers.
