Job summary

TECO-Westinghouse Motor Company is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist II to support customers and our sales team from quote through delivery. You will process orders, provide product and inventory information, coordinate shipments, and maintain order files in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of customer service/order management experience in manufacturing, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of customer service, order management, inside sales support, or related experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using SAP or another ERP system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders received by phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer orders and electronic order files.
• Provide quotations, pricing, and inventory availability for stock motors.
• Monitor backorders and process them according to company procedures.
• Verify shipments and provide customers with order status updates.
• Process customer order changes and maintain shipping information.
• Generate freight quotes and coordinate shipping logistics.
• Support Accounts Receivable activities, including invoicing, credits, and RMA processing.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain compliance with company quality, safety, and ISO 9001 standards.
