Safety-Care by QBS is seeking a Customer Care Representative to be a key contact for customers, handling inquiries, onboarding new clients, and ensuring accurate account and order information.

This hybrid role in Foxboro, MA requires a customer-focused, detail-oriented professional able to juggle multiple requests and collaborate with Logistics, Accounting, and Sales to maintain a high standard of service with timely responses.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer service or support role.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience using CRM systems, Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Respond to inquiries related to accounts, orders, products, and services.
• Conduct account walkthroughs and onboarding tutorials.
• Maintain customer records in CRM and support systems.
• Resolve customer complaints and order-processing issues, escalating when needed.
• Support billing queries with internal teams.
• Publish and maintain Salesforce knowledge base articles.
• Document customer interactions clearly.
