Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and order status.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Input and update customer information into our CRM system.
• Review purchase orders for accuracy and enter them into the system.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
• Coordinate and track orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Resolve any shipping or delivery issues that may arise.
• Provide customers with accurate shipping information and updates.
• Input and create bills of lading and shipping labels.
• Work directly with our logistics and warehouse teams.
