Job summary

Innovation First International is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its VEX Robotics division to handle inquiries, process orders, and maintain strong customer relationships.

You will enter data into CRM, coordinate shipping with logistics, and provide accurate product and order updates. The role requires clear communication, problem-solving, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and order status.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Input and update customer information into our CRM system.
• Review purchase orders for accuracy and enter them into the system.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
• Coordinate and track orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Resolve shipping or delivery issues that may arise.
• Provide customers with accurate shipping information and updates.
• Input and create bills of lading and shipping labels.
• Work directly with our logistics and warehouse teams.
