Roundtree State Farm is seeking a Customer Care Manager to lead daily customer experience and service operations. You will serve as the main contact for existing customers, solving issues, coordinating service needs, and conducting policy reviews, while identifying opportunities to protect households we serve.

You will collaborate with the Agent to develop toward greater office management and leadership responsibilities as you master the role and help strengthen retention through proactive

• Previous customer service, insurance, sales, office management, or administrative experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
• Must be able to obtain applicable Texas insurance licenses.

• Manage customer inquiries and oversee day-to-day service needs.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and become a trusted point of contact.
• Assist with policy changes, billing questions, renewals, claims-related conversations, and account reviews.
• Proactively review customer accounts and identify potential coverage gaps or additional needs.
• Conduct customer outreach and help strengthen retention and long-term relationships.
• Identify appropriate opportunities for additional insurance products within our existing book of business.
• Help coordinate team communication, follow-ups, and service workflows.
• Track customer-care activities and key service metrics.
• Support community engagement and agency outreach.
• Work directly with the Agent while developing the knowledge and leadership skills necessary to grow toward an Office Manager role.
