Responsibilities

• Print job notes and art sheets for the prepress department for remote account managers and customer care.
• Move tickets to planning teams with art proofs, job notes and color targets for the remote team.
• Print and hand in data forms to the personalization team for the remote team.
• Ship customer collateral including test cards, proof copies and color samples for the remote team.
• Process Virtual First Case forms as completed by the personalization team.
• Process fulfillment order requests from customers via the ERP system.
• Archive completed production tickets and paperwork in an organized manner.
• Support other duties as assigned by the Customer Care manager.
